Board of Directors


Mr. Lim Hua Min


Mr Lim joined Phillip Securities in 1975 and previously held senior positions in the Stock Exchange of Singapore and the Securities Research Institute. He has served on a number of committees and sub-committees of the Stock Exchange of Singapore. In 1997, he was appointed Chairman of the Stock Exchange of Singapore (SES) Review Committee, which is responsible for devising a conceptual framework to make Singapore’s capital markets more globalised, competitive and robust. Mr. Lim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Honours) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Surrey and obtained a Master’s Degree in Operations Research and Management Studies from Imperial College, London University.


Mr. Loh Hoon Sun


Hoon Sun has been Managing Director of Phillip Securities Pte Ltd since 1990. Previously (1977 – 1990), he held a number of senior positions in Overseas Union Bank (OUB) and was for many years Executive Vice President and Head of OUB’s treasury, investment banking (including fund management and unit trusts) and stockbroking services. He had served as Chairman of the Gold Exchange of Singapore, Board Member of the Singapore International Monetary Exchange and the Stock Exchange of Singapore and Member of the Securities Industry Council. He is a Past President (Singapore Division) of CPA Australia and also sits on the Council of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. Mr Loh holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from the University of Queensland.










Mr. Jeffrey Lee

(Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer)

Jeffrey was a Director of Investment at AIB Govett (Asia) Ltd and held senior investment manager positions at DBS Bank and Mitsubishi Corporation Group. Additionally, he has previously served on the Board of Directors of a number of companies within the DBS Bank and PhillipCapital, as well as several venture capital investment companies. Jeffrey’s fund management experience spans several investment cycles. His track record includes a number of highly rated unit trusts in the Asia Pacific and Global Funds category. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) since 1990, he obtained his Bachelor’s (Honours) degree in Chemical Engineering in 1985 on a Public Service Commission Merit Scholarship.



Mr. Linus Lim


Linus focuses on product development as well as investment strategy. Prior to PhillipCapital, he was at the Investments business of Citibank Asia Pacific. He has been with PhillipCapital since 2001 where he has been involved in equity research as well as corporate finance both in Singapore and the UK. Linus is a graduate from the London School of Economics and also holds an MBA from the Anderson school of Management at UCLA.


Ms. Lee Ken Hoon

(Chief Operating Officer)

Ken Hoon has more than 20 years of experience in audit and the financial services industry. She has worked with both local and foreign financial institutions, and has significant experience in finance, middle office and back office operations. Ken Hoon graduated with a degree in Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and is a Certified Public Accountant in Singapore.



Sabrina Loh

(Associate Director, Investments)

Sabrina is responsible for the strategic focus and management of the long and short-term fixed income portfolios. Sabrina’s background includes experience in both Equity and Fixed Income investment areas. She began her career in 1995 at The Insurance Corporation of Singapore‘s Finance & Treasury team and later as Senior Investment Executive involved in managing the fixed incomes and equities portfolios of more than $1 billion insurance funds till year 2001. Before joining PCM in 2005, she was working with Aviva Insurance Group’s Navigator Investment Services as Senior Executive, and was involved in setting up the company’s unit trusts distributions business and forming partnerships with independent financial advisers groups. Sabrina graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Double majors in Economics and Finance) from Curtin University of Technology, Australia in 1995.



Tan Teck Leng

(Fund Manager)

Teck Leng is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree with First Class Honours from Imperial College London under a Singapore Technologies overseas scholarship, and brought with him working knowledge and experience in aerospace engineering and infrastructure engineering consultancy on joining the firm.  He currently is responsible for portfolio management of the equity funds and asset allocation funds under the firm, and is an equity specialist on the Asia-Pacific and ASEAN region.


Lim Guang Yang

(Fund Manager)

Guang Yang carries out research on investment opportunities in Asia-Pacific equity markets. The research is utilised by Fund Managers to aid their investment decisions. He graduated with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 2006, and subsequently worked in the defence industry with the Defence Science & Technology Agency. In 2010, he obtained a Master of Applied Finance from Monash University, Melbourne. He joined the PhillipCapital Group the following year in his current job scope.


Bradley Chew

(Investment Director, Private Equity)

Bradley is responsible for formulating strategies for business development and implementation of initiatives for Private Equity. He kick-started his career in the venture capital and private equity industry in 1992 at Jafco Asia after working for various international accounting firms. In the following years, he successfully raised US$350million funds in the Asia Pacific region and was the first non-Japanese to be appointed as Executive Director of Jafco Asia. In 2007, he joined Mines Resort Berhad, an established real estate developer in Malaysia as their Chief Executive Officer.
He held directorships in numerous private and public companies in the region, was an advisor to several major regional investment funds and is a Fellow member of the Australian Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants Singapore. He is also the Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Singapore Unit Trusts Limited and a member of the Investment Committee of SEEDS Capital Pte Ltd, a unit of SPRING Singapore which provides funding to promising SMEs in Singapore


Francis Leung Wing Yuen

(Investment Director, Private Equity)

Francis is responsible for formulating strategies for business development and implementation of initiatives for Private Equity by working closely with Bradley. He has 12 years of venture capital and private equity experience firstly with JafcoAsia where he spent 10 years covering South East Asia and later with a well-established family office in Singapore. He also managed his family’s skincare business for 3 years with operations in Singapore and Hong Kong, and a distribution network which includes Malaysia and Indonesia. In addition, he gained 8 years of investment advisory and marketing experience and past employers include Nomura International (Hong Kong) Ltd, Nomura Singapore Ltd and UBS AG (HK Branch). Francis holds a Master of Business Administration with Distinction and Binder Hamlyn Prize from the University of Sheffield, a Master of Professional Accounting and a Master of Applied Law from the University of Queensland. He is also a CPA (Singapore & Australia) and an associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators.



Willie Keng

(Investment Analyst)

Willie carries out credit research with a bottom-up approach in both the Asian USD and SGD space for Phillip Capital Management’s fixed-income portfolios. He was previously with a financial institution covering Asia ex-Japan sovereign research. Willie graduated with a Bachelor of Materials Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in 2012. He is currently pursuing his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
